Seriously impressive: patent troll blackmails Cloudflare claiming they are infringing on 4 BS patents in 100 use cases. Cloudflare goes to court, and proves they don't infrige on anything from the BS patent, and has ALL the patent troll's patents donated to the public!

Amazon is no longer "customer-centric". I had a non-standard issue; chat agents had "technical difficulties" and DC'd 5 times in one chat. Final agent accepted the issue and promised refund... Nothing. Tried 30m on phone, another random DC. No way to escalate :( @AmazonHelp

Couldn't agree more. My view, FWIW, is that we are, at least, 50 years away from AGI. We've got components of what might appear like an intelligence but no idea how to connect those components or to "reason" across them.

@Clearpreso My local centre, Swords, is actually brilliant. 8-8 Mon to Fri and 8-6 Sat. Staff always really nice and helpful. Always clean and well organised. Should be used as a model for others :)

When I am Taoiseach, I will make sure that recycling centers are open outside of business hours, so people with jobs can actually use them. For all the greens have gotten done, I'm surprised this isn't one of them tbh

And my Sun M&G was cut short - barely 20 mins. And there were no drinks, however on Sat a group photo was taken at the end to be e-mailed to all in the M&G. But this was skipped on Sun as they "didn't have time". Trying to get back on schedule at our expense? #BasingstokeComicCon
