@awfulannouncing Dray averaged 14 points in the peak of his career in 15-16 and the only times in Charles’ career he averaged 14 points was his rookie year and final year. Zero class. Zero awareness.

Draymond Green learning he has 43 games with more turnovers than field goals in the playoffs, tied with Kendrick Perkins for the most since 2003…but at least he's not Charles Barkley in a Rockets uniform

@PlayaHata7691 @AndrewDBailey The only reason he is relevant is because he embraced the heel persona that Rodman perfected (although he was a far better player).

@AndrewDBailey Draymond is one of the most overrated players in the NBA. He's been ass the last few seasons. He was benched at the end of game 4 of the Finals vs the Celtics because Kerr needed someone better to win that important game. Without Steph and Klay's shooting he'd be bench material.

@Ryanspeaks140 @AndrewDBailey Exactly. Barkley in this era would avg. 30 and 15 and shoot 12 from the line a game. Draymond would be a role player coming off the bench in the 80s.

@AndrewDBailey Ppl have NO idea how good Barkley was. For starters, he led the league in rebounding @ 6’4. This was at a time when all 10 players were inside of the three point line every play. Annnnd basketball was played from the inside out. Big men were the center of the game.

Does anyone not named Draymond think at any point he was better than Charles Barkley?

@TheAlanNoble Denver defense is terrible but can be hidden by their offense. Shackle Murray and Jokic and it all falls down.

@AndrewDBailey He can elbow Gobert in the face on a rebound and have the foul called on Gobert.

It really is fascinating. I wanna hear everyone’s best theory on why some teams and players are officiated differently than others. It obviously happens. That’s unarguable at this point. And I think there may be reasonable explanations. So let’s hear ‘em.
HeroOfTheDay@Hero_OfThe_Day

Teams can’t touch Shai, but Gobert is allowed to hold onto Nikola Jokic as he drives, then grab him around the waist and high five him while he’s attempting a shot. Not a foul, apparently. Seems fair, @NBA!! 🔥🔥

@BenThePCGuy I'm just tossing it out there considering it has been used in similar situations in the past and worked against knife wielding ppl.. I'm not arguing about effectiveness considering the only way a bullet wouldn't be most effective for any situation is if the cop couldn't aim.

I have been teaching self defense for over 20 years. I’m highly trained in Krav Maga, which I’d argue has the best defensive techniques against armed assault of any style. Taking down a knife wielding assailant is EXTREMELY difficult and dangerous. You will get cut, bad, even in the best of scenarios. This is not the movies. A knife is a deadly weapon and he was attacking to kill. Shoot the guy.

Does NYPD know how to disarm people without going straight to lethal force? Follow-up question: Has anyone else noticed that NYPD consistently reacts to a person with a knife by shooting them??

@MichaelOnSports Since you cover OKC you should be very familiar with foul hunting and baiting.

Nikola Jokić is out here playing bumper cars trying to ricochet off of Lu Dort and Aaron Wiggins hunting a foul. We get another review here as things continue to get chippy between the Thunder and the Nuggets.

I saw a Bassett Hound inside a restaurant and the its ear was run over by a bus cart. He gave the place a bad yelp review.

I’m on an English department committee that voted to create a subcommittee, and that subcommittee is considering the creation of a sub-subcommittee, and now I understand why the Soviet Union collapsed.

@AmericanGwyn Great list. I wonder if Randy Rhoads hadn't been lost too soon where he would fall in. Also I'd sneak Doc Watson in there somewhere.
