Shameful service by @AmazonHelp & @delhivery! Ordered 102kg Godrej Almirah- it arrived damaged. Delhivery lied 4 times saying "Customer Not Available" to avoid the RETURN pick up heavy lifting. Now @AmazonIN REFUSE REFUND & RETURN. The item is still in my house! Fix this!

I have call recording for the last @delhivery attempt where the pick up agent says he has only 2 wheeler and no pick up truck. he has only option to say Customer Not Available in his APP. this is @delhivery issue.
