Grain moisture just wouldn't drop with the perpetual smoke, might as well have been fog around here with high humidity. At least the herbicide had time to work!

@BirnamPork @thirlwall I have a laminated sheet of paper in every tractor with the farm names, field sizes and 911 addresses for reference. I'm glad we haven't needed it yet for emergencies, but its there.

@thirlwall I add the farm name under contacts as such and in the phone or additional information part add the address because let's face it, you wont remember in an emergency or really any other time

We have a farm with no buildings on it and has never had a 911 address. I inquired at the municipal office. Easy application, $25 for the sign, $25 for a post. Now if we ever have an emergency on this farm - we can let emergency services know exactly where we are. #safetyfirst
