When the property was sold there was a registration on title regarding the road. Because it was unimproved / not really public they granted the lawyer's request to remove whatever it was on title. ...or someone did something unethical to the same effect, but either way, the other landowners were not properly consulted in any way.

Some people just don't fit in to society... This right of way has been here for a century, but this guy claims he owns it and after a township mistake, he's been a nightmare. Now the neighbors are $100,000's into civil suit to get access back, and against the courts he still continues. Decided to plow it up this spring. Curses every contractor and soul who uses it (legally). 😠

@LMcLachlan60 It was actually found in minutes from 18 something Council meeting that it was actually designated a road. Because it wasn't needed for the public it was never improved.

@KenSchaus @Agridome @JoeWecker Two major Ethanol plants in Ontario are ready to pour $100's Mil. into domestic production if the policy environment would be favorable. The US ethanol producer is eating our lunch, double dipping on both CAN and US policy. A few small changes to CFR would do it.

Canada is the Top destination for USA Ethanol Ontario could easily support another Ethanol plant

Start up day for this rig. Had a few hickups, pushed the boundaries of what was fit to plant as well. Couple things to tweak for tomorrow.

@WeberFarmsLTD @VaderstadNA Where would those venturi's be, right below the meter roll? There is a sideways Y there that puts the air into the stream to row units.

Hey #ontag working with our @VaderstadNA TPF8 planter. We are having a bit of a time getting the fert rate where we want and meters seem to gum up. I know we're pushing it a bit with near 50% Urea in blend, but any ideas to avoid? 210 lbs/ac target.

@FieldwalkerAg I would say the fert quality is pretty good. Its MESZ/Potash/Urea. The air part isn't where we are struggling

@JoshBoersen What else is in the blend? Dusty fert + Urea in the cold wet weather this spring = poor conditions to push fert through air systems.

Anybody out there a John Deere M5E on Ethernet expert?? Our new-to-us planter won’t plant the correct seeding rate. Some rows low, some high. Tech has been here 2x to reprogram still nothing. It is commanding the wrong (different) RPM for drives. Drives fine, meters fine. 🤷🏻
