'Think carefully about what that means, it means that a group of people who love ACNA had such a profound mistrust of the existing process that they felt they had a better chance of beginning to get the truth into the light in a secular newspaper as opposed to the process provided by the church. Let’s be clear here–no one saying they are right. We are just asking questions, but let’s make sure to ask the right questions. @ryancerbus woof. That whole piece is so poorly written (the first three paragraphs say... nothing?) and then that laundry list of "concerns" is pretty vapid on the whole. I can agree with the "unity over fidelity" bit, but a competent editor should have canned the whole piece

@joshgans @benthompson no, the second generation model arrived roughly 9 months after the first and that was the one that worked with Windows (though iTunes took another year). Famously, Steve had to be convinced to bring it to Windows at all and that's when the iPod really took off.
