And of course the one who somehow always knows where everything is, everyone has one of those guys lol These guys are the real MVP!

@TheChiefpigskin Exactly what we took here at Hart Co.7 years ago. Have to change culture first. Year 3 we won 7, year 5 we won 6 year, year 6 won 9, year 7 won 13. It can be done anywhere but culture has to change as well as admin has to want to have a good football program!!

At a school that hasn't won in a long time, NOBODY believes in the football team. Not the cheerleaders, not the athletes that won't play, not the principal... no one thinks you have a chance to win. You have to listen to kids in your own building talk trash to your players. That's one of the things that makes turning around a program so difficult. You have to live in an environment like that for a long period of time, and find a way to stay positive.
