My expectation is that the redomiciling nuts-and-bolts work will be substantively complete by the end of June, but the completion put on hold until other related announcements are also ready to go: - Acetylene agreement finalized - Final agreement on production facility construction, including a provisional schedule - Clarify optimal exit strategy to minimize $HGRAF's tax hit from Canada - Complete & prepare NRs for a number of commercial contracts-related announcements such as Domestic (US) Commercial Contracts, DoD/DoW/DARPA Partnership & RFI Announcements, UK & EU Contracts & Partnerships Announcements and Asian (esp S Korea and Australia) Contracts & Announcements My expectation is that the redomiciling will be announced early September, followed by a steady stream of follow-on NRs drawn from the list laid out above throughout September and October.
