🔴 The fuel switches in question can be seen immediately below the thrust levers. Around one metre away from the landing gear controls. Still, the preliminary report does allow for some hypotheses to be formulated. (Pic taken a couple of weeks ago, ask before repost)

Horrendous customer service

@Ryanair absolutely disgusted to have to chase your customer service team about my suitcase you broke so badly I can't use it only to be told that you won't refund/cover a replacement because it's "totally depreciated". Yes, it's unusable... Because your staff broke it...
