@EE @bt_uk One hour 35 mins on the phone for attempt #5 to process my upgrade @lightico software failed four times. Asking the customer service advisor to take notes on the system for a paper trail.

@Jowebber1981 @lightico @EE @bt_uk Booked parcel via DPD & they have delivered at the incorrect location & confirmed the same on call. On requesting them to share the current location & help redeliver to the right address, they are asking me to file a complaint. Their website is shit & what if my parcel is lost?

#poorcustomerservice between the @lightico malfunctioning software, #dpd lying about attempted delivery, I have now received two contradictory from both #dpd and @EE @bt_uk #journorequest who wants this story? 25+ year customer here, and still no upgrade!

@bt_uk Your @lightico software is broken. Ask your CMO why you’re investing in dodgy tech, putting your junior call centre team under unnecessary pressure + poor training. Why don’t they have access to email paper trails confirming new upgrade plans?

Problem identified! @lightico tech isn’t working hence no contracts looping error. @EE @bt_uk why are you using this company to deliver such a poor service? Why have they received $15m investment if the software doesn’t work?

#poorcustomerservice horrendous upgrade experience via @EE @bt_uk - twice I’ve gone through a 45 minute screen sharing process. The first time they didn’t process my details, second time phone was sent out. Then DPD lied about delivering the handset so now doing it a third time
