If you pay a contractor to build a deck, and the deck is defective, he has to rebuild it properly or return your $ and he loses out.. Lawyers demand payment whether they achieve beneficial outcomes or not...if they provide no measurable benefit...im at a loss as to what service they performed.

They legitimately don't care about gamers. That's why they are not releasing the 60 series now it's not worth it.

@TimothyEveland Ah yes having a year in your title means you're a historically accurate fiction. My favorite game set in real history is The Order 1886. What a dumb argument.

First of all, the game is literally called 1348, implying that it's set in real history, yet turns out to be a complete fantasy, and when the historical accuracy is questioned the voice-actor for Bianca publicly jokes, "What I will say about Aeta’s bowl cut is I think it’s quite hot and historically accurate. Historically accurate! So back off! Haters!" Meanwhile Knight's Path openly disclaims in the game description that it's a low-fantasy world because the developers actually respect the Middle Ages and don't wish to lead players astray. Pretending to be historical when you're obviously far from it feels like mockery to me because I've paid a lot of money to study medieval history in university and I hate to see misconceptions spreading further. Ironically the game that admits it's a fantasy actually has more historically-accurate aesthetics. That alone tells you a lot about respect.
