@VerizonSupport Identified the issue and resolved it. The vz power box in the basement did not show power so I unplugged it and plugged it back in and resolved the issue

@VerizonSupport My ONT is outside and not rebootable, the rj45 comes inside to smart box and then proceeds to router. The ONT is new and this was out of the blue disconnect

@JoynerHotPepper The ONT is the device that is usually installed in your garage or basement. It should have a button that says "Alarm Silence". Press and hold that button for 20 seconds. ^XJK
