Built my first iOS app and shipped it. On App Store since Dec 19, 2025. Learning distribution from people who’ve done it right.

I shipped my first iOS app. It’s called BookStack - Book Tracker. I use it to remember what I’ve read and when. Launched on Dec 19, 2025. Now trying to learn the hardest part 👉 distribution & marketing.

Serious question for B2C builders: Why start on Android instead of iOS? Pros: – More users – More reviews Cons: – Endless “why app not free?” comments

In the Chilean App Store, my apps have the highest ratings:) Yes, I rated every single one myself. Be honest – do you do the same?

@seraleev Curious about number 4. Does the order make any difference, i.e. is it better to go [keyword] + [title] than [title] + [keyword]?

How to get the App Store boost? First, be clear: there are no guarantees. But this approach significantly increases your chances. 1. Focus on the title Search suggestions pull directly from your app’s title. That’s where most of your attention should go. 2. Pick the main keyword Choose the core search query for your app and put it first. Example: AI photo editor. 3. A unique name is critical A unique app name is what lets you rank #1 after a suggestion click. Pick a name where you’re the only result in the App Store. 4. Build the title Simple formula: [main keyword] + [unique app name] 5. Launch Ship it and post about the launch on X. The algorithm loves launch posts and it gives you an extra push. 6. Suggestions Your title gets into search suggestions. After a click, within 6–12 hours, your app should climb to #1. 7. Result If everything lines up – a strong keyword + a unique name – you’ll get trials and first purchases. 8. Champagne 🍾 Congrats on a successful launch

There’s a huge niche no one knows about: BOOKWORMS 📚 Apps in this space are silently doing $200k+/month. Pages pull millions of views every month. Book recs,Reading trackers. Book discussion apps etc All making crazy money You can vibe-code one in under 2 hours. Simple playbook: → Hire 2–3 niche creators (look for engagement not only followers) → Post 25+ reels/month Do it right and you’re looking at a $20k+/mo app. Best part? no one knows about this niche yet and these book people are OBSESSED
