Hello, my name is Sippy and I’m the owner of the YouTube channel SippyRBX, with over 180,000 subscribers. On September 14th, the day my channel was going to get monetized, my channel was randomly terminated with no prior warnings or strikes. My appeal was also denied very quickly. I’ve contacted Creator Support multiple times, but the response has been vague everytime and didnt explain anything. Recently, YouTube themselves admitted that their AI systems have been "falsely flagging" creators for spam and deceptive policies. I strongly believe my channel was also falsely flagged. My content focused fully on original Roblox Shorts, made with effort and creativity and each video took minimum 1 hour and 30 minutes. I have never engaged in spam, scams, or deceptive content of any kind. I've never put any suspicious links in my description and also I've never done "Sub4Sub". I respectfully request a manual review of my channel. I’ve spent hundreds of hours building my community and making every video entertaining. Losing it all without a clear reason is one of the worst things. @TeamYouTube After receiving a message from you asking to provide context so you could look into my termination better, I provided context and explained everything and the response I got was AI and didn’t even respond to my explanation. It’s been over 90 days

It was not my channel, it was my little brother’s, and 3 days later my main channel ended up getting banned because of it. The channels were not connected and this mistake cost me 100,000 subscribers and my entire income. It meant a lot to me.

@TeamYouTube It's been over 80 days now since my 180,000 + subscriber channel has been terminated. Even after getting a DM from you and providing context like you asked, I just got the same copy & pasted response that you reply to everyone with. I never even got a complete answer. Was my message even read? I explained everything in detail, including why my channel was falsely terminated. All I'm asking is that you actually read my DM and see my explanation and hopefully realize that this is a mistake.

Wow... I lost 1,000,000 subscribers. And all my childhood videos. AI moderation is out of control @YouTube Their AI bot claims I violated "dangerous content policy" by claiming "guaranteed returns" or promoting a pyramid scheme. I've never done any of that and can prove endlessly. All I did was document trying and testing online businesses since 13 years old. - I have never promoted scams. - I have never put my community at danger. - I have never violated terms intentionally, and when AI flagged my content, I corrected immediately. If sharing business experience and lessons was so 'dangerous', then why did over 1,000,000 subscribe? Why did over 400K people return every month to watch AGAIN? I was getting thousands of messages a week from people who found my free content useful. Knowing I've done nothing wrong, I just thought I'll appeal, they'll see AI made a mistake, and my life's work will be given back to me. I appealed multiple times, and every time I did, I just got a generic response that they won't return my channel. We had 14 full time employees who depended on this channel to feed their families. So YouTube's AI response not only affects me, but affects our team, and millions of people whose lives were positively impacted by this channel. I have been in this space since 2011, and it's heartbreaking to witness AI police bully the whole @YouTubeCreators community. Over a decade of sweat and tears gone in an instant. And I am not the only one that got unfairly removed. Incompetence of AI moderation has financially and emotionally damaged millions of creators. I'm not making this post to beg for sympathy, but as a warning to all creators. If AI can do this to me with over a decade of content and a community of 1,000,000+ people... Then no one is safe anymore. So what can you do? 1) Own your audience. Use YouTube to get discovered, and funnel that audience to a community, group, or email list outside. 2) Retweet this. If we spread awareness far enough, more people will learn about AI police brutality on YouTube. 3) If you’ve had a similar experience, reply. I’m collecting stories. 4) Keep serving your community. Got wrongfully removed? Okay, it's not fair, but you have to keep going. Your audience went to you for a reason. They trust you and you should never let them down. So find strength to rebuild from scratch. It might take a year, 5 or even 10, but time will pass anyways. And you only lose if you stop playing. Lots of love, - Dave🫶🏻

@TeamYouTube Yes it was, but just to clarify, It wasn’t the channel in my original tweet it was my brothers channel, But yes it was compromised. I would appreciate if you could DM me so it’s a lot easier to communicate and I can give you all the info of the compromised channel.

Hey there! If it has been 9+ months since your channel was hacked, there’s unfortunately nothing more we can do. To maintain your privacy, we delete data after a period of time which means there isn't enough evidence for us to investigate further. @TeamYouTube I’m starting to think your account is just all AI because I see you replying to hundreds of people a day but I haven’t gotten a reply or any help ever since september. Does your ai only reply once to every account then just ignore it?
