@resolvercouk cannot get a smart meter fitted! despite gas being smart on a new build, it appears my electric isnt and neither British gas or octopus seem able to put a smart meter in! why?

@SocialGood_Inc as much as I like the idea of this app and getting crypto from money you would spend on things anyway. The issue is, you will never allow an open withdraw, Otherwise it would take months to withdraw like in the past and the price of SG will hit bottom. Only the CEO is benefiting

Message from the CEO of SocialGood We have recently seen the price of SG nearly double in one month, indicating the growing interest in this project. As SocialGoodApp users are well aware, the increase in SG prices is driven by the fact that many of our users shop at more than 20,000 online stores that are our partners. In particular, when users shop at Temu, Expedia, and Hotel. com, SG prices increase significantly. Specifically, the more users shop at our partner online stores through SocialGood App, the more advertising revenue we receive. We use a portion of that advertising revenue to buy back SGs from the market. Basically, we are not issuing new SG, but rather returning the SG we buy from the market to our users. Thus, we are continually generating repurchase pressure for SG in the market, and as a result, the price of SG is increasing every day. One of the most common complaints we receive about our project is that people want to withdraw the SG they have saved in the app as quickly as possible, but find it difficult to do so. If you are a true SocialGood user, you will understand why we have this withdrawal mechanism. We aim for a win-win in the long run for our users, projects, and partner sites. If people sell the SG they receive as compensation for their purchases immediately, the price of SG will not rise incrementally. If more people hold SG for a long time and try to earn capital gains in anticipation of an increase in the SG price, the SG price will stabilize. As a result, more users will want SGs and use the app, which in turn will cause SG prices to rise due to buybacks. Our ecosystem operates with a long-term view, not a short-term view. That is why it is designed to allow withdrawals first, especially from those who have contributed to the ecosystem, such as those who have made many purchases, recommended many friends to the app, etc. I take a long-term view and want to create a system that benefits everyone. @MartinSLewis Took Eon to the ombudsman for crossed Meter issue, admittingly they then un done everything they had completed, so I had to complain again, Informed them I'd take them back to the ombudsman if they didn't correct within 7 days and even worked their math out for them. They paid

So after complaining to @eon_next taking it to the ombudsman, Coming to a resolution. Having my credit refunds blocked by Eon finance. Finally pushing it through, Should have £300 credit, now in debt £127. @ofgem fining eon for poor service, Apparently haven't learnt anything!

@RobBooth96 @MartinSLewis @eon_next I've been trying to claim a refund from them for the last 2/3 weeks, because I had an issue that the ombudsman had to sort out. The credit refund has now been blocked by their finance department twice. each time I apply for a refund I have to wait another 10+ days!

from ombudsman, case is marked as closed despite it not being completed. no help from Eon either as I'm unable to contact their team that deals with the ombudsman. So complaining via a middle man. Turns into a game of Chinese whispers. What's my next steps?
