You really wonder how they get/got these shots. The thing was hurtling through the atmosphere, even a tiny deviation is too much for a boat to cover. They had drones/UAS in the air? Where did they launch from and what's the flight life? Who can explain the videography here?!?

@StefanBurnsGeo @BillSobel Yes, If you actually listen to the stream they burned for longer than planned to make up for the lost engine to get acceptable orbital insertion. It was all planned. They were even late with the payload launch but they have a huge open window to do things when plans change.
