It's not about any of these stats, there's a systemic change in how they've played that benefited them the last two series + Brunson still gets his punches when KATs off the floor, the whole offense is geared to him. His usage goes through the roof the whole year in those spots

Off the top of my head he’s getting about 20% more of his points this year off-ball. Ppl aren’t making this up

The only reason why he's only averaging "18.7 shot attempts" during our 7 game winning streak is because in Games 5 and 6 against Atlanta he didn't play in the 4th Quarter because of 29 and 51 point wins and against Philadelphia he didn't play in the 4th Quarter during games 1 and 5 because of 39 and 30 point wins. Jalen Brunson during these Playoffs (2026) believe it or not is averaging 21.0 Shot Attempts Per 36 Minutes which is the 2nd Highest of his 6 year Playoff Career and in the Regular Season his Per-36 Career High is 21.8 which means during these 2026 NBA Playoffs Jalen Brunson is #SHOOTING the ball more than he's ever shot the ball before (when on the court). And he's still averaging 20.2 shot attempts per game throughout 10 games despite not playing in 4 4th Quarters. Jalen Brunson is doing the complete opposite of the narrative you're trying to push. He's shooting more than he #ever has.

@CursiveCrow @coopsnotthere @Hoopss You’re citing the wrong rule. There’s a separate rule for when players pass/shoot. The pivot is allowed to come off the floor to pass or shoot, but if you begin a dribble the ball has to be out of your hand before the pivot lifts up.

I am just a fan. And like all @Mets fans I’m really upset that the team I love is embarrassing themselves and the fans daily. But thinking about it in business terms, I am shocked that @StevenACohen2 has allowed Stearns to do what he’s done. @happybaldguy1 @therick77 The schedule is barely any different now from the 1-8 format. You still play some teams in your own division only 3 times which is the same amount as the teams in the other division in your conference. They could go back to 1-8 and change basically nothing

The NHL going away from the 1-8 playoff seeding was something that just about nobody wanted and looks more idiotic with each passing year.
