@HistorianUSA1 It goes both ways. We work for racist companies because we need a job. Chick-fil-A is no saint. They have a hidden values too. They could’ve easily told her to remove that but at the same time we all have opinions. She learned the lesson and I pray that she find another job soon.

Chick-fil-A just showed why they’re built different. This Uber driver picked up a young girl on her FIRST DAY working there — super excited, finally got the job she wanted. By the end of the ride? The girl was in tears. She got fired immediately… for posting a video online full of inappropriate behavior and straight-up saying she hates white people. The driver’s reaction is GOLD. Straight talk, no sugarcoating: You can’t publicly hate the exact people you expect to pay your paycheck and serve every day. Actions have consequences. Be careful what you post. Why is it every time Black people create something for OUR community, somebody screams “discrimination”? 🤨 A white anti-DEI doctor is suing Find A Black Doctor because he says the directory is “racist.” Meanwhile, Black doctors make up only about 5% of physicians in the U.S. while white doctors dominate the medical field at over 60%. 📉 And let’s not act dumb about WHY Black patients seek Black doctors. Black Americans have historically faced medical racism, misdiagnosis, undertreatment for pain, and higher maternal mortality rates. Studies have even shown Black patients often have better outcomes when treated by Black physicians. 🩺✊🏾 But somehow a directory helping Black patients find culturally competent care is the problem? BFFR. 🙄 Y’all don’t complain when industries, networks, and country clubs are overwhelmingly white by default. But the second Black people build ONE thing for ourselves, it’s suddenly “reverse discrimination.” This obsession with dismantling every Black-centered space is exactly why people are tired. 🚩

I heard doordash was stealing tips from their drivers so out of curiosity, I asked the woman who dropped off my tacos how much it's showing that I tipped her; she said $5. I showed her my phone where I tipped $20 (bc the taco place was busy and she waited for my order). 😐

@tfreyguy @Simon_Ingari Yes, it does happen. I told my daughter to give her 2 weeks notice and at around 10am she received notice to terminate her employment effective at the end of the day. She was paid for the remaining week. So yes it does happen!!!
