To me, the worst thing that a man can go through is the wave of emotions and ideations. Some days are good, most are bad. Even if we have everything we want, we don’t feel satisfied or happy. The constant struggle of just forcing yourself to get up and exist is exhausting. You try to be the loudest and happiest in the room when you feel like you died years ago. The pressure gets to be too much. I moved across the nation to be happy. I have money and all the things to satisfy me. The move didn’t help. No matter where you are, there you are. I’m selfish, but I don’t think I want to keep doing this for years. The constant search and chase that doesn’t end. No matter where I was, I wanted to be elsewhere. It’s a battle that doesn’t end, and sometimes when it does, our mind wins.
