@azuresupport #azhelp: Azure isn't working & this is impacting millions of users. We opened a support a ticket but no response & most times ended in loop. We tried purchasing a higher support plan but even that didn't work because we are get an error message.

@Google and @googlemaps has the worst support. Their support logic - Let's support your account for possibly violating TOS - Send you email that doesn't specify what you violated - But you can't contact support to get more information because your account is suspended...

@paulg I’ve worked with @antoniogm. At fb. He is one of the good ones. He may be colorful. But never have I ever witnessed anyone being uncomfortable around him on the personal level. He is paying the ultimate price for essentially, having a big mouth. He is smart and talented.
