Was only 4km away from completing Jude's 3 days of hell this week 😂 Sunday - 70mins Long Run @ 4.30-40/km - Stopped at 50mins ⛔ Monday - 50mins Easy ✅ Tuesday - 8 x 1km @ 4.30-40/km with 15mins Warm up & Cool down ✅ 33km done and dusted 🏃🏾
