From the battlefield to the halls of Parliament, Gen. Moses Ali gave his all in service to the nation, inspiring countless Ugandans with his humility, integrity, and steadfast commitment to peace and development.   His remarkable legacy of sacrifice and leadership will continue to light the path for future generations.    I extend my heartfelt condolences to His Excellency @KagutaMuseveni the family of the late Gen. Moses Ali, the people of Adjumani, colleagues in Government, and all Ugandans grieving this great loss.  May Allah (SWT), in His infinite mercy, forgive his shortcomings, grant him Jannatul Firdaus, and comfort his family and loved ones during this difficult time. A land title is not enough to secure your interests. While launching the Estate Planning Association, I told a cross section of stakeholders that it is equally important to update land records regularly, register property and embrace estate planning to prevent disputes, protect family wealth and secure a lasting legacy for future generations. Proper succession planning is not a one off. It is a combination of key steps that need to be done to have all your interests covered.

H.E The President, @KagutaMuseveni has commended the visionary leadership of Akright City Founder Mr Anatoli Kamugisha that has transformed real estate beyond mere buying, subdividing, and selling of plots. In remarks that I delivered on his behalf, the President challenged the real estate sector to rise to the challenge and unlock its full potential by constructing houses that breathe life, foster progress and elevate our people out of poverty into a brighter future. All this while Akright City celebrated its 20-year anniversary.

Together with my fellow ministers @HonMutasingwa @millybabalanda and @HajjatMinsa, we undertook an urgent fact-finding mission on a piece of land in Buikwe district that had caused a security issue. As investigations continue, we agreed that Police should maintain the statusquo and all private individuals masquerading as security agents on the land should be arrested and prosecuted.

Later in the day, together with the Buganda Parliamentary Caucus we sat in at Bulange for the Buganda Budget Speech. An ambitious set of priorities that align well with government's efforts of transforming people's lives. We salute @cpmayiga for his excellent leadership.

I was pleased to host the World Bank @Ucmid Readiness Assessment Mission. We have made significant progress in meeting the programme's effectiveness conditions and are now preparing for implementation. Together, we remain committed to delivering sustainable urban development and improved services for our people

I congratulate Pastor Lubwaama Godfrey upon his inauguration as new Bishop of West Buganda Field Seventh Day Adventist Church. Rt Hon Crispus Walter Kiyonga represented H.E. @KagutaMuseveni. The Seventh Day Adventist Church continues to be a strong partner in government programs, and I promise the new Bishop our full support.

H.E, @KagutaMuseveni has instructed me to examine a simmering land conflict in Bugiri where over 900 homesteads are being threatened with eviction. A joint verification team is now in place & I salute Afande Gen Salim Saleh for his efforts in addressing historical injustices.

I congratulate Rt. Rev. Dr. Joseph Antony Zziwa, Bishop of Kiyinda Mityana Diocese upon your election as Chairperson of the Inter Religious Council of Uganda. I thank the Almighty for your service to our Country and Mityana in particular. For God and My Country.
