No- he has made it more hateful. The military are less disciplined ( did you see the sloppy marching at the President’s Birthday parade?) Hegseth, in obeying Trump’s rules, fired all the knowledgeable and experienced, and professional leadership, and replaced them with those without knowledge or experience, only MAGA loyalty as their qualification. Hegseth, like the President, wants the military to obey because, ‘he said so.’

How did you erroneously conclude that I believe that Joe Biden has no cognitive issues? Just as I believe for Trump, they both have cognitive issues. It’s a matter of severity and consistency. As difficult as it was, the Democrats convinced President Biden to step down. And now the Republicans think nothing of presenting Trump up front, saying things like ‘there is no War in Iran, we’re negotiating with Iran, we won the war with Iran,’ in one speech! And hundreds more mistakes. And no one corrects the President! Why can you see it for one but not the other?!

Joe Biden had documents and admitted it. The government opened an investigation to try to convict him for stealing classified documents. They selected their own special prosecutor, Robert Hur. Hur went to the White House twice and spent hours interviewing President Biden. After that, it was Robert Hur, a conservative lawyer with no special background in assessing mental health, who alone determined that Biden was not able to stand trial. Biden was cooperative and willing to go to trial because he knew he was innocent. That the documents he held were not kept intentionally. Blame Robert Hur for not taking Biden to court. I wished he would have, because I think Biden would have won.
