@Jules4David @FinanceFilosoof Zonder die verhoging betaal je je belastingen pas het jaar erop in december. Het is volstrekt logisch dat men een verhoging toepast als je dat wil doen.

Vandaag hebben we met ons Belgisch bedrijf de voorafbetaling gedaan op de Belgische vennootschapsbelasting van 2026 om een belastingverhoging van 6,75% te vermijden. Herlees dit nog eens. We hebben belasting betaald op de geschatte winst van 2026 die we hopen te gaan boeken in een jaar dat nog 9 maanden loopt. Dat is toch compleet absurd? Soms heb ik de indruk dat de overheid denkt dat ondernemen super makkelijk is en dat we op twee cijfers na de komma nauwkeurig weten wat we allemaal gaan verkopen dit jaar. Bij ons weten we vaak pas in de laatste weken van het jaar wat het resultaat ongeveer zal zijn door seizoenseffecten. Die winst krijg je blijkbaar gegarandeerd zonder risico als je een bedrijf hebt. Alsof er niets fout kan gaan tussen nu en de komende 9 maanden en àlles voorspelbaar is. Quod non? En is die schatting van ons fout? Dan krijgen we een belastingverhoging van 6,75% op ons dak. Want je hebt de winst voor de toekomst verkeerd ingeschat. België is toch echt het land waar je belastingen betaalt op je dromen nog voor ze gerealiseerd zijn.

@Ekfebet4U @FinanceFilosoof Het principe is totaal absurd. De overheid is failliet en claimt iedere Euro belasting ook als die nog niet is gerealiseerd is. Het is een verdoken belastingsverhoging. Iets anders is het niet.

@FinanceFilosoof Kom, kom... je kan in juli, oktober en december ook vooraf betalen. En als je vier maal evenveel betaalt, dan betaal je geen verhoging. Die 6,75% is wel erg hoog maar het principe is zeker niet verkeerd.

@FinanceFilosoof Als werknemer heb ik nog nooit mijn loon volledig uitbetaald gekregen. De werkgever houdt het grootste deel af en stort het door aan de staat. Subsidieslurpende bedrijven hebben het zó makkelijk, en doen niets anders dan klagen.
