@optimum I have an appointment today for installation. I can’t get anyone to confirm the appointment. No one responds to your 24/7 chat and no one picks up the phone or it’s a 45 minute hold and then disconnects. I also don’t have an account number so can’t check online

@JuliaShullman Good afternoon, you are trying to move services to a different apartment, same building, but the rep advised that apartment number is not set up for FiOS? Do I have that correct? ^KXS

@verizonfios called yesterday to move my service from 1 apartment to another in the same building. Told my new apartment didn’t exist and customer service rep would call me back after looking issue. Never called me back.

@verizonfios called again today. Told systems were down and customer service rep was leaving before system would be back up. And that I have to try calling back. Again. Not sure what’s going on but could really use help. Shouldn’t be this hard to move service to new apt
