I've had some people send me financial analytics/investment tools and screeners they vibe-coded. Alot of really interesting things. What have you built? If you provide a link below, happy to provide feedback and maybe be a customer!

These takes are wild. It makes one think it's not as easy as renaming your CLAUDE.md to AGENTS.md Claude Code will have anything resembling a data moat when it runs as a stateful VM in the cloud. So far, the VM-bros are losing the battle.

In the last 10 days, Anthropic shipped dispatch, channels, computer use, and auto mode. I don't know how you people keep up. One of my friends is high up at AWS, and he gave me a really interesting analogy Anthropic. Amazon’s moat was never the servers, it was what his team calls data gravity. Your data lived in S3, so your compute had to live in EC2, so your everything had to live in AWS. Switching costs compounded with every GB stored. Anthropic is building the same thing, but with operational context. - Every task you dispatch teaches the system how your company operates. - Every permission auto mode approves trains it on your risk tolerance. - Every app computer use navigates maps your actual workflow. - Every channels message shows your decision making patterns and framework. Six months from now the switching cost isn’t the $200/month subscription (which btw I am guessing goes up to $300). It’s the thousands of hours of accumulated operational context that no competitor can replicate. Your CLAUDE.md file becomes the most valuable asset in your company and it lives on Anthropic’s rails. It's operating system lock in! And it's not just for developers like AWS was. I think within 18 months, Anthropic’s non-developer revenue will exceed developer revenue.

@bp22 @AnthropicAI They cut usage significantly across plans this week. Without communication, warning or acknowledgement. Second order thinking seems odd that memory stocks are taking a hit at the same time as seeing this. Thoughts?

Starting to doubt @AnthropicAI future growth. Several api issues may point to significant demand, but also may point to an inability to meet that demand.

@JulianLippa It’s sort of absurd about when you think about applying that to a 500 person team what a diff it would make

I used to spend hours prepping for calls that lasted 20 minutes. Then I watched a system do the same prep in 90 seconds. Better research. Better context. Pulled from every past conversation we ever had with the account. And I realized I had been the bottleneck the entire time 65% of a sales team's day is spent on work that never touches a customer. Research. CRM updates. Proposals. Follow ups. All of it runs on autopilot now. A 5 person team closing $3M each suddenly has the capacity to do $27M. Same people. No new hires. Under $600/month in tools. Most companies are still trying to fix this by hiring more reps. That's the wrong variable entirely.

My old hedge fund boss has packages sent to me in Texas because some of the companies he buys from won’t ship to Hong Kong anymore So I’m vitamin D maxing while shipping 24 bottles of multivitamins & 6 canisters of shaving cream to him It takes me an hour & costs him $1,200 An hour every other month is more than fair given the frameworks he taught me over a decade ago helped liberate me from a corporate job And yes, everyone in my neighborhood who sees me walking shirtless with a sac of packages probably thinks I’m homeless and stole them

Got it. Here's the revised tweet: --- Set up Claude Code Channels on prednisone in an hour. Now I text Claude on Discord and it runs my morning briefing, reviews my slides, plans my meals, captures ideas. It has my memory, my files, my skills. Not trying to sound like a 10x productivity bro. Honestly it might make my bad habits worse because I get to focus on the fun stuff more. But maybe that's how it was always supposed to work. I don't know. It's cool. codeforcreatives.com --- Want me to adjust anything or is that ready to go?

@dorukancs @aroussi Funny how this just made me more motivated to use 5.4 for the stuff I was using opus for.

Just switched to Codex. So many developers on X are reporting the same issue as me, and it's crazy that I'm hitting these limits even with 2x usage rates. Something is obviously wrong with Claude.

For those using OpenClaw at a high level, what’s your favorite default model? I was using Nemotron 3-super locally on my Spark but it hits context limits too quickly. I’m mostly using Sonnet-4.6 now but API costs rack up fast. I love my claw but honestly haven’t optimized models and model switching as much as I should. I like the bigger context windows when building out new skills and automations so it doesn’t forget what we’re building but that’s also when API costs soar. I like my local models because I have a Spark for that reason but context windows aren’t great on the local models I’ve tried… Looking for advice from some more experienced OpenClawers.
