Spring Break, the flu and life got in the way so I didn’t get a chance to post on her actual day, but I still wanted to wish my beautiful wife of 11 yrs (together for 16+) a Happy Birthday 🎂 !! We’ve been inseparable since our first date on Lower Greenville in Uptown way back in late ‘09. Time flies. Marriage, Kids, cross country moves, and back to Texas. Throughout all the ups and downs, you’ve been the best life partner I could ask for 💯❤️.

Many of Dad’s friends died in Vietnam. The ones who returned turned to alcohol and heroin abuse. He used to drive me through Dexter and Linwood as well as west 7 mile and teach me to never ever judge any man for falling victim to vices. Have compassion. You don’t know what horrors men have been through and sometimes; they’re doing the absolute best they can to cope with a world, and a society that failed them.

🤯BREAKING: Alibaba just proved that AI Coding isn't taking your job, it's just writing the legacy code that will keep you employed fixing it for the next decade. 🤣 Passing a coding test once is easy. Maintaining that code for 8 months without it exploding? Apparently, it’s nearly impossible for AI. Alibaba tested 18 AI agents on 100 real codebases over 233-day cycles. They didn't just look for "quick fixes"—they looked for long-term survival. The results were a bloodbath: 75% of models broke previously working code during maintenance. Only Claude Opus 4.5/4.6 maintained a >50% zero-regression rate. Every other model accumulated technical debt that compounded until the codebase collapsed. We’ve been using "snapshot" benchmarks like HumanEval that only ask "Does it work right now?" The new SWE-CI benchmark asks: "Does it still work after 8 months of evolution?" Most AI agents are "Quick-Fix Artists." They write brittle code that passes tests today but becomes a maintenance nightmare tomorrow. They aren't building software; they're building a house of cards. The narrative just got honest: Most models can write code. Almost none can maintain it.

😂 They’re so dissimilar that a comparison would be a joke. Infrequently, I get sad thinking about my childhood friends falling victim to gun violence. Most of them didn’t make it past 30. 💔🤦🏽‍♂️ That said, drift outside of Frisco and into southeast Dallas and shit gets real , real quick.

Boldly telegraphing her next moves In plain sight, yet even for Billionaire Rihanna there was no proactive way to shield herself and her family from this maniac. The social media companies should be the first line of defense as soon as someone posts private information, addresses, and ofc threats of any kind. But just like so many other areas of our society; this is not a phenomenon that impacts the avg person, so it’s difficult to get constituents to pressure their local congress members to pressure the tech companies to take safety and security seriously. Ppl are narrowly focused on their own matters and cannot see how this could easily impact them, or more importantly, their children. The system is reactive and only moves after-the-fact, unfortunately.

And the authorities, her lawyer(s) and the university all were complicit in enabling her bullshit. The scary part like @ApexMetal said is that Sherrone was making 7 figures and then 8 figures—he had the resources to get excellent representation; most men in this situation don’t. Same is true for Mel Tucker at MSU. The system is a mess and incentives the worst behavior. And what these terrible ppl have figured out is that the smear is all that matters. It will take a long time, but to your point, I hope he sues everybody into oblivion.

I legit don’t understand how ppl think that they can weaponize the legal system through foul play + social defamation and think that they’ll actually get away with it. The implicit bet is that the entire system and the public (ie social media) will believe *anything* you allege about someone(especially a black man). It’s hyper-cynical. And there’s one demographic group that folks love to target with these tactics repeatedly, although it’s certainly not exclusive to said group.

@darjohn25 glad the justice system worked in this case! can't imagine the 100s of thousands of times, it didn't for the reasons you just said
