The whole "access to white people is not a human right" never really hit me until a group of black youths showed up at my HOA pool, which is deeply nestled inside our neighborhood, and not findable on google maps. She was literally just operating on racial tribalism. The lesson is that you can have price barriers. You can have high HOA fees, with strict enforcement and literal gatekeeping.
