@MarinaPurkiss I was a liberal Christian for a long time. Baptised a Roman Catholic from birth. I respect the pope and his words. There are so many beliefs and deities in the world to honestly believe Jesus is the only way. I'm a deist. But I get comfort from what he says.

A man’s DNA stays in your body for seven years after you get pregnant by them. People act like sex is not a big deal but you’re wholeheartedly allowing someone else’s whole DNA to be in your body. This means you’re going to act like that person at times, or have certain energies/ties that are connected to that person for seven years. Sex is a sacred act for a reason.

Today, the whole world trembles with fear and terror over the war between America and Iran. Everyone is searching for a solution, even if just for one day.
As for us in Gaza…more than 20,000 children have been killed while no hands moved to stop it, our homes were destroyed, our cities vanished, and our hours were filled with screaming and death.
And the silence? The entire world is drowning in it, without conscience, without any sense of what we have endured.

Muslims need to learn that mockery, criticism and questions or comments they don't like are part of living in the West.
They're not special. They're just one group with one ideology that is as open to scrutiny, mockery and scrutiny as any other.
