Just spoke w/ Nigeria Minister of Foreign Affairs and he’s just now spoken to his 🇺🇦 counterpart Ukrainian Minister of Foreign Affairs. As a result they have just directed their border guards that ALL foreigners should be allowed to leave. Thank you @GeoffreyOnyeama! #LoveNotWar
