That tool wasn't even invented to measure humans. It doesn't consider bones, muscle, water, visceral fat. An actual professional won't use that.

My propaganda is that people should be fatter and bigger. You should have a little gravity to you. But put on weight in a life-affirming way. Not out of sloth and gluttony, but out of vigor. People need to put on mass and reach the sweet spot of strength and earthiness. Stay in perpetual movement, train and nourish intentionally. A little bit in excess, a little bit of heft and plumpness, because you can. This is sexy.
