@GLA_Airport an hour since the Barbados flight landed this morning and still no baggage coming through reclaim?? Does it really take this long - we seem to be the only arrival?

. @Towergate have been trying for 2 weeks to get through to someone to renew a policy. I’ve been told twice that someone would call me back but they haven’t. Otherwise I’m stuck on hold for 30-40 minutes at a time give up. Am trying to spend money with you. Pretty please

@Towergate is there anyone taking calls or have you closed down? I've called you too many times to recall in the last week and held for up to an hour each time. My cover is now expired and I can't contact you - totally unacceptable

@ADT_UK have tried several times to call your customer retention team, but they can’t answer due to ‘an emergency’ - any update on when they will be contactable?

@EastMidRailway I’m on the 16:35 Leicester to Sheffield service, the train is full with lots of folk standing. Can I please sit in first class, I’ll vacate my seat if needed by a passenger with a first class ticket

@TPEassist I’m on the Mcr to Ncl train, 2 folk were in 1st class with no ticket, one was asked to leave immediately the other allowed to stay and even offered a free drink. One white, female in 20s and one Asian, male and in 20s... guess which was asked to leave #racism #sexism

@TPEassist Later in the journey a young couple with a baby were allowed into 1st class to get a seat, great customer service however it makes the eviction of the Asian guy seem worse. Just to clarify, there were empty seats in first class at the time he was asked to leave

@TPEassist I’m sure you would like to think it was a misunderstanding, however I genuinely don’t think it was. The service was the delayed Manchester to Newcastle that arrived into Newcastle at 7.25ish last night.
