Things I learned from my first foot pursuit as a PIO…do more sprints at the gym🏃🏼‍♀️😂

For nearly three weeks I opened my home to foster a dog rescued by our Sheriff’s Office. He was abused; enough to break his leg requiring invasive surgery. Today, Cappi is going to his forever home with another LCSO family member🤍
