i've noticed there is so much hate for films that are about finding hope and joy. project hail mary, superman, and everything, everywhere, all at once all have this loud crowd of people who try to make you feel like you're an idiot for enjoying a film that makes you feel happy.

@suchnerve Okay but you can't just convert energy to electricity, the one way we got that is really usable is essentially spinning a magnet around a wire, so yeah thats what we do it's just how can we do that best. Weirdly normal solar power is like the only example of not spinning a magnet

Nick Fuentes is a Holocaust-denying Neo-Nazi who was outside the Capitol on Jan 6th and talks about bringing down the Jews and Jewry. Hasan Piker has said or done none of those things. You don’t have to like or agree with everything he says but to equate him to Fuentes is ridiculous and a form of Nazi minimization.

@AtheistPhoenix The niche these diseases grew to fill were in infecting cattle or other animals and we created the circumstances for these diseases to infect us, diseases don't really evolve with the goal to kill the host, but to spread to as many as possible, killing is kinda counter productive
