This is Nyari health center in Ganze sub-county which was allocated 4M in 2013/2014, thereafter 6.5M and 4M yet this is the current state as at now. This is a deprivation of the people's right for not providing them an operating health facility. @ActvistaK #AilingHealthKilifi
