There is nothing ignorant about it. Put a 5'5 soccer player on skates and in an NHL game and he will be pronounced dead within 15 minutes. A hockey player could easily blend into a soccer game. He might make some bad plays but a) his cardio will be fine b) he won't be dead by the end.
