I was sad to learn of the passing of Michael Lester over the weekend. I had many great nights with him when he was the MC at the Fingal Independent Sports Star of the Year award, especially the night that I was inducted to the Hall of Fame, he gave me a good slagging. RIP Michael

@cinchuk absolutely shocking after sales service, brought a car from you two weeks ago, car had some minor issues that i was happy to have resolved, then come some mechanical problems and engine light and smoking and burning smell, cant get car in until 12th which isnt drivable!

@tommy87908687 @CinchClaimHub @cinchuk 100% mate….ordered a car 4th Jan, failed to del 2 wks later without notification…Saturday no one available to call…3 weeks later being told it might be ready on the 12th Feb and I have to call them everytime…the car is for my son who is already paying finance on it!

@CinchClaimHub What for you to ignore it….we sent an official complaint and the only thing we received was an email asking how we rated your service…it is now 4weeks and this has not been resolved….and the date for receiving the car has now gone to approx 12th Feb….why don’t you DM instead!

@cinchuk Do not use this company….horrendous service…my son purchased a £13K car 2 weeks ago with a booked delivery last Saturday between 8-1pm…they did not turn up…no call to let us know…the call centre closed all day on the Saturday.

They have taken a deposit of £3.5K and currently we have no idea if or when we will get the vehicle….they also charge you £200 for the pleasure of not delivering!!!! Please can anyone and everyone share this post so others do not use this company in the future!

We do not know when we will get the car…our sons car we part exchanged he cannot drive as Cinch told him to change over to the new vehicle for the Saturday….he has put road tax on the new vehicle…he lost a days pay staying in for the car to be delivered on the Saturday.
