This is the cycle - find a winner, scale it, milk it, then it burns out. Happens every time. Also tested 1 new product today - got 1 sale. Nothing there. Back to the grind. Need to find the next one before this dies completely.

Day 17: $0 → $100K Fashion Brand Challenge Revenue: $8,311.62 Ad Spend: $2,500+ Cog: $3,000+ $8K day. The winner is alive. Scaled yesterday's product hard. It responded. $5K on Day 1 → $8K on Day 2. Shopify just disabled payments on our store citing an “elevated risk of chargebacks.” We’ve been running this brand since 2023 — processed over 15,000+ orders and even received Shopify milestone awards for consistent performance. We’ve never had policy violations or a high chargeback ratio. In fact, our rate has remained well below Shopify’s risk threshold for the past year. Our support requests and appeal have been sitting unanswered while payouts are now on a 120-day hold. This is severely affecting operations for a verified and legitimate business that’s been fully compliant since day one. An urgent review and response from @ShopifySupport @harleyf @tobi would be greatly appreciated. Independent business owners deserve clarity — not silence.

Tested 2-3 products in this timeframe. None became winners. A few sales here and there, then they died. The reality: You can't find winners if you're not testing consistently. I know what works - aggressive testing, 2-3 products per day, full focus. Just haven't been able to execute that lately. Back to full energy starting today. Daily updates back on track.

Couldn't scale them past a certain point. Got 1 new small winner during this time - profitable for a bit, then stopped converting. Only managed to test 1-2 products total. Wasn't able to test aggressively like I wanted. Getting back to normal testing schedule soon - multiple products per day. Small wins aren't enough. Need something bigger. $23K in 11 days. $77K to go 🚀

Tested 3 products today: Product 1: WINNER Product 2: WINNER Product 3: 4 sales (potential) This is what I've been waiting for. 6 days of testing, failing, learning - then BOOM.
