@evileboxyboo @The__Goomba It's just a PC that doesn't have anything connected to it. Why is this treated like something crazy?
English

@The__Goomba For a PC it is. Thats the point of the machine. A console experience on an open platform, for the masses.
English

The same amount of cables as any other console and they’re out here treating it like it’s revolutionary.
Tyler Price@XXIV_Concept
All it takes to set up a Steam Machine
English

@AnOddMetroid @The__Goomba My PC would also have only two cables if I didn't connect anything to it.
English

@The__Goomba Okay but significant less cables than a pc with pc benefits

@ohnobsod @voidyhead @xMBGx Baldur's Gate 3 was on GOG on day 1, Silksong, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, Silent Hill f, Clair Obscur Expedition 33 and Reanimal are pretty recent, no? Those are just a few.
English

@Junn_Look_Up @voidyhead @xMBGx Older games are the only ones drm free which is my point everything newer is just digital
English

@ohnobsod @voidyhead @xMBGx This is bullshit and it would take you 30 seconds to check. There are still companies that underatand it's not anti-piracy that makes sales.
English

@voidyhead @Junn_Look_Up @xMBGx Yea gog is non drm, the companies that still makes games games drm free are the one still feeding it mostly indie. The rest of the well known drm free are old games that well known companies made drm free.
English

@ohnobsod @voidyhead @xMBGx You don't need discs on PC. It's the only platform that supports legal DRM-free games. That's why you check GOG before Steam. You buy games, downlod them and store them wherever you want. A Bluray Disc, a DVD, a USB stick or HDD... And it's yours forever.
English

@excel0fficial @voidyhead @Siris6771 @xMBGx Buy from GOG and burn your own discs from legitimate copies of your games.
English

@voidyhead @Siris6771 @xMBGx Hmm, seems you will also distribute the game yourself, start a blue ray disc printing company, contact devs and get them to put their PC game on the blue ray. Having a blue ray isn’t enough

Stellar Blade is a game that only gets worse the longer you play.
Level/world design is appallingly boring. Enemy design is some of the most generic ever. Traversal/platforming elements are simply bad.
I really appreciate the incredible work put into the character models, animation, and even more into costume design. Really superb dedication here!
The combat is a saving grace, although it could be improved, greatly.
Overall the game "justifies" itself thanks to its unapologetic, but well produced, presentation.
It's a nice and fun action adventure game with awful writing, terrible quests, and dated game design. It outstays its welcome, as 10 to 15 hours could have easily been cut from the final game to improve pacing.
Somehow manages to work well enough overall still.
I'm finishing Stellar Blade for the first time, and that's why I'm writing this now. It's one of those games I started, then paused for many months, and now decided to return.
If I had to give it a score this would be a strong 6/10, but it's the kind of 6 I can appreciate, and I'm looking forward to the sequel.
IMO

@JosephTuam @StreetsofGage You actually think you're on their team? This is embarassing...

@gluttnousGoddss @HabsBlueprint @AAO23114 @RealestMemes_ If you need to change the order just to prove a point, that should be your hint that maybe you are the one who's wrong.
The equation literally says "ten plus ten times two".

The European Broadcasting Union (EBU), working with European Athletics, has introduced new broadcasting guidelines aimed at reducing the sexualization of women athletes during TV coverage.
- Avoid low-angle camera shots that unnecessarily focus on an athlete’s chest, buttocks, or crotch.
- Avoid lingering close-ups of body parts unrelated to the sporting action.
- Limit slow-motion replays that don’t add technical analysis or help tell the story of the event.
- Prioritize camera angles that showcase athletic performance, technique, skill, and emotion instead of an athlete’s body.
- Use framing that captures the full movement of an event whenever possible, rather than isolated shots of specific body parts.
- Ensure replays are used for technical or editorial reasons, not simply because they create visually revealing footage.
- Focus on athletes’ faces, reactions, and achievements, giving women the same professional treatment expected in coverage of men’s sports.
- Encourage directors and camera operators to choose shots that preserve athletes’ dignity without reducing the quality of the broadcast or the storytelling.
