Jared Polis signed it and oversees the Department of Revenue/DMV. Yet Denver DMVs are stuck with rolling closures, long lines, computer glitches (like the statewide software errors slapping on bogus fees), and paperwork backlogs under his watch. Those aren’t random, they’re symptoms of years of Dem budget priorities and mismanagement that haven’t fixed the system while the new penalties hit drivers. Your 9News piece does a good job giving people the dispute form... but it stops short of questioning why the very Dem policies and leadership that created this mess get a pass.
