Favorite summer side dish

I rescued one with a serious food fetish, sigh. 2 cabinets locked, when I defrost something I have to put my cast iron pan over it while it's in the sink, anything food related or used with food such as a napkin or paper plate is fair game for her. Having said that my hound rescue and her are besties. She's loving, devoted, and loves her home. She is a pure bred dog who was tossed out of 2 homes because of her habit. I won't give her the boot as I fear it might destroy her. When I took her in she was about 1 year old, I've had her for a year and she's not as bad but she will forever have her very strong desire for food at any cost. I've learned to do the things necessary to subvert her and most of the time it works. No regrets.

@wvfunnyguy I have a habit of over tipping because I think/hope they're better dealing with the public in this setting than I am so I organize the debris and dirty dishes etc to help make it easier.
