First long long run of the block. Listening to Beers and Miles, @zbitter and then the last bit a mix of @StoryoftheYear @thestorysofarca . 35 mile cutting from 7:5x to 7:2x every 10 miles. 7-6:4x for the last 5. 70ish grams of carbs an hour and about 30-35oz of water.
