U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli says millions in taxpayer funds meant to fight homelessness were allegedly stolen, misused, and laundered while state oversight failed. That’s not a “clerical error.” That’s taxpayer money meant for housing, shelter, and real help. One developer allegedly received $26 MILLION for a housing project that was never completed, then diverted $2.2 MILLION to pay off an American Express card. Essayli put it bluntly: “He stole the money.” This is why people are furious. California spent billions on homelessness while the crisis got worse, and now prosecutors are saying some of that money was treated like a personal ATM. Accountability can’t be optional anymore.

This is outrageous.. Not a single person on my flight is masked up while we’re in the middle of a double pandemic (Covid + Hantavirus). I politely informed the flight attendant that this is a super spreader event. She just shrugged and walked away. I've already filed a formal complaint with the FAA and CDC.
