@JPWAuthor I agree. People tell me that my fantasy world is like starting a new job, where you're dumped into an environment you know the big picture, have to absorb the details over time.
On the downside, some people say it's too complicated.

The best fantasy doesn’t explain the world. It reveals it through action and consequence. Dump the infodump. Flush the flashback. Let the reader earn the wonder.

@IllusionExotic Looks more like equipment failure in the top plane to me. I literally started falling out of the sky like heavy planes that need enormous amounts of thrust and lift to fly.

Thankful everyone is okay, but this is absolutely a failure of basic formation flying skills. There is no way of sugar coating it.

Better angle of today's midair collision in Idaho. The trailing plane (on the right) appears to have descended onto the plane below it, perhaps after losing sight of it in a blind spot. Miraculous that all four ejected safely.

My dad did that once too. He cut every meal in half from what he would normally eat. He lost 25 pounds in six months to win a $1000 bet with my brother. Haha. Then immediately gained it back in three months. LOL.

I was on those meds for a bit and they helped some but made me too sick so I’ve been having to grind the ol fashioned way haha

Weighed in at 335 lbs this morning. Started the year around 350+ lbs.
It’s slow going but I may live long enough to meet my grandkids if I keep this up!

@BHolshouserUS I don't even notice the reviews unless they're like 1 or 2 stars. What I do instead is read a few paragraphs at the beginning of the book. Between that and the blurb, it's usually enough to know if I'll enjoy it.

I know this is unpopular, but it will always be unattractive for a grown woman to not be attracted to a man who plays video games.
Some men might be understanding or pretend like they don't care that you spend hours sulking instead of playing video games, but they do....

It's gotten so bad that I removed em dashes from my novel, and even stopped using the "3" rule because someone will accuse me of AI.
(Aka he moved quietly, with purpose, determined, to find the duck). That's terrible but you get it.😅
It's sad. I shouldn't have to do this.
