@cchruk lol "It's a difficult question to answer". it's a yes or no question. and medicine doesnt exist to cure in many cases. it exists to band aid

What do psychiatrists say when asked if they have cured any of their patients? Psychiatrist #1: "What do you mean by cure?" Psychiatrist #2: "You cannot actually say it's [mental illness] curable." Psychiatrist #1: "I don't know. Are you cured? What's cured mean? Cured of what?" Psychiatrist #2: "Curing is a difficult one to answer...." Psychiatrist #1: "Suffering is the human condition. I'm not sure you can ever be cured of that." Psychiatry: No science, no cures. #mentalhealth #MentalHealthAwareness #mentalhealthmatters #psychiatry #psychiatrist

I suspect you are a disingenuous conman Case/point: Do you actually care about those trying to taper off psychiatric medications? What actually experience do you have with conventional vs hyperbolic tapering regimens You haven’t even published one case report, case series You haven’t preregistered a protocol and run a non-inferiority test have you? Will you run a study to demonstrate outcomes of your made up approach to currently available resources - if not - why are you so lazy ? Based on the way you responded to questions about this - it’s clear to me you are a liar and a phony who cares more about clicks than about people recklessly put on lifelong SSRIs and antipsychotics But please go ahead and answer these….

@DoctorTro the reason i'm writing a deprescribing online calculator and guideline is to ensure there is always an excellent free version so people don't have to go to grifters who charge for it.

@JRobFromMN i would never take it. that shit can make you go blind among of many other symptoms. diet helps the most - AIP, ketogenic. way more effective than OZ. if it doesnt there's most likely an environmental issue at play. stool test is required, mold (?), parasites or other toxins.

My Wife and I were prescribed Ozempic a few years ago because of our Diabetes We were on it for a year or two and the experience was less than Ideal Basically it makes you not want to eat...and when you start eating, it makes you feel full much quicker than normal,(meaning that if you just controlled yourself and didn't eat as much, you would have many of the same results, but that is easier said than done) However, we found that the stomach/digestive issues were a real problem and at the same time my wife developed some pretty severe anxiety issues As part of solving that, she quit taking it and I quit taking it as well....her anxiety started to clear up and I noticed that my "brain fog" was lifting...and I didn't really even know I had it but I felt way more clear I suspect that in 10-20 years as more data is gathered, we will see some pretty wild side effects as laid out in the below thread... Not medical advice, but if you are looking at taking it, I would proceed with caution...

Bill Maher reveals what CEOs are privately concerned about with employees on Ozempic. MAHER: “I’ve been hearing this on the low for a while.” KARA SWISHER: "On the low. From who?" MAHER: “I’ll tell you after the show. Somebody [in Big Tech] you would know... He’s been hearing, and in his company also, they don’t like their employees on this stuff because—” KARA SWISHER: “Oh, they don’t work hard enough for the man?” MAHER: “They don’t. It takes away your craving for food and maybe substance abuse...” “...Also kind of for success, and sometimes for living and for being motivated. They get kind of logie.”🧵

@DrMcFillin the treatments are a scam. those are metabolic disorders caused by environment and diet and probably 💉too. the whole thing about chemical imbalance in bipolar is a scam.

There is no brain "abnormality" in depression. Nor "ADHD", nor "BiPolar"... You can dig as far as you can in the literature and you won't find anything. It's a scam. But they continue to discuss it in these terms. Awaken

@matthewbaszucki all those things went away when I got off of it. super scary. I dont remember if it was SSRIs or anti psychotics but dr josh axe shared some info on adults/teens becoming murderers after taking such meds for an extended time. I was also on olanzapine. they cold turkeyed it too.

Here is a quesiton about psych med trials. Why are almost all of them 6 to 8 weeks long? Mental illness is a lifelong condition (supposedly). The medications are prescribed for decades. But the clinical evidence base is built on trials that last less than two months. Nobody knows what happens to your brain on 20 years of an antipsychotic because nobody has studied it in a controlled way. What we do know, from observational data and from patients, is that long term antipsychotic use causes significant metabolic damage. Weight gain, insulin resistance, elevated triglycerides, cardiovascular risk. People with serious mental illness die on average 10 to 15 years earlier than the general population. A significant portion of that delta is the medication itself. I took olanzapine for years. I gained weight. My metabolism was a mess. When I switched to ketogenic diet, the metabolic damage started reversing. My psychiatrist at the time never once connected the dots.

@BioavailableNd Isn't this just a band aid and not fixing the root cause? maybe specific (without histamines) probiotics would be better for this?

One of the simplest, longest-lasting fixes for constipation: sip hot water all day (add a little nob of ginger if you feel extra). A timeless practice from Traditional Chinese Medicine. Try it for 3 days and report back.

@drewlevin to just start going into another lane, take creeps, follow around other laners, being toxic. Perhaps giving them 1 warning into perma ban on all their main accounts (They'd have to start over again) would eradicate a lot of smurf toxicity/lessen smurfing maybe?

@drewlevin Has your team ever discussed about banning people's main account and all their other accounts for team sabotaging + being toxic? I dont mind playing vs smurfs but they should be held accountable for bad behaviour. Its one thing to have a bad game but its another

@TarynA83 you check for mold. mold drops vitamin D level. no matter how much you go out in the sun, vitamin D rich foods or supplements it wont budge if its mold. could be something else too but idk. worth to check. if you have weird consistent allergies every week. its very likely.

@javeedsukhera it's 2026, there are better options than medicine. metabolic and environmental intervention should come first. medicine can be seen as a band aid. meds like antipsychotic are super dangerous though. it made me more violent/disturbing thoughts wanting to harm others. scary stuff

Antipsychotics are powerful medications originally designed to treat conditions like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. But increasingly, they're being prescribed to children and teens and the U.S. leads most of the world in doing so.

@Hitchslap1 and also suffer from disorders that make it harder for them to retain information. Does this mean they have a low IQ? once these people learn what X words mean they can grasp them and think deeper/articulate better? Curious what your take is on it. I don't have much experience

Most IQ deniers have never meaningfully interacted with an 85 IQ person. It’s nearly impossible to do so and still believe IQ is fake. Think about it.
