Great stuff from @andrewelkadi taking in some early NBA numbers. NBC bring in a larger total audience, but I was taken by how similar the 18-49 slice is. Demographically, Prime's audience looks more similar to TNTs

Per Nielsen, the demographic breakdown of the linear audiences of the past 3 Super Bowls has looked essentially the same. This surprised me - I thought a combination of the Taylor Swift effect + the Nickelodeon simulcast would've shifted last year's mix. @Octagon

In 2024, Tracker drew 18.4M viewers after #SBLVIII on CBS—good for the 83rd most-watched U.S. TV program of the year but just 15% of the Super Bowl audience. In 1996, Friends pulled 53M viewers after the Super Bowl, a massive 56% of the SB crowd.
