@goudakunst pressure on 40% of his drop backs, his passer rating dropped, had a league high 14 dropped passes in pressure situations. His EPA per drop back was high despite this. Better teams = increased pressure (Denver 58 %) (oline play) Also just go watch some of his throws at this point

This one is hardly just on LaFleur and the offense, though that second half was brutal. Defense was horrid in the second half and special teams were again a postseason disaster.

The difference in heart rate with a very easy first mile vs. easy-moderate is wild.
If I push a little in the 1st mile, my HR will be in Z3 for most of the run. If I run 1st mile very easy, there's a much slower rate of increase and the max is lower.
What's the mechanism here?
