Do you not understand what a lawsuit is? The VHS which was only printed version was in lower volume. It was intended for video rental shops. It probably didn't make it to a commercial sells before the suit. The only copies still out there were probably mom and pop videos rental businesses as they wouldn't get the recall at the same level of communication then something like a chain rental store. Then those destoryed or just lost and damaged out of those.
