⚖️ Nebraska school districts are ignoring state law and disproportionately denying transfer applications from students with disabilities. And let this sink in: in 2023-2024, 40 districts, including @BellevueSchools, denied ONLY students with disabilities while accepting other transfers.

@JustinTWayne @ad1220 I didn't attack you, but I will now: Your record does speak for itself-and it mostly sucks. At no point did I say Ds don't need to make changes. They do. But you've shown no indication you want to be help. Keep gutting our institutions with Linehan though, that'll do it.

After this election, it’s clear the Democratic Party needs to re-evaluate its messaging and strategy for both local and national races. I have more thoughts to share, but I’ll hold off until I see if there’s a real interest in having this honest and challenging conversation.
