Another day dealing with the incompetence of @FedEx@FedExHelp. I’ve been dealing with the same I complete and inconsistent reporting data since October. Again, just got a “don’t call us, we’ll call you” but if you don’t answer we will close the ticket and mark it as resolved.
@FedExHelp@FedEx@FedExHelp@FedExPolicy can anyone get me a tech support supervisor or development person!? I’ve been told since October my issue has been escalated, but every time I call I’m told the case was closed and given a new support number and told it’s been re-escalated!!!
Hey @FedEx I’ve been trying to get resolution for your reporting issues since October. Tech support doesn’t have any supervisors, and all they can do is tell me they’ll escalate. I hate calling customer support, can you help?

@Hertz Terrible rental car company. Rented a seven passenger vehicle and when we get to the airport they tell me they don’t have a seven passenger car. Then they proceeded to tell me they do have one but it’s an upgrade and will cost $300 extra. Avoid this company @Hertz@DollarCars
