9th grade had an Academic Success session this week during A-block. First, they learned how to study effectively from neuroscientist Jared Cooney Horvath via video. Then, they heard from current junior prefects who offered them advice about studying, academics, and college prep!

Linsly alum Caleb Murray hit back to back 3’s early in the second half of Wheeling’s exhibition game at WVU today, assisted on this one by Cameron’s Trevor Beresford. Murray scored 8 points. WVU won the exhibition 80-54.

Congratulations to WPHS Hall of Famer Bubby Goodwin!! He was named head coach of the Linsly School Cadets. During his time at WPHS, Bubby was a part of 84 wins and led the Patriots to 3 straight state tournaments. He scored 1,555 points and was 3x First Team All-State.
